Particle Health Supports CMS Initiative for Healthcare Data Interoperability

Company joins in committing to secure, patient-centered data sharing

NEW YORK, July 31, 2025 - Particle Health, an intelligent data platform that aggregates and delivers actionable patient insights to healthcare organizations, has pledged support for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' Digital Health Ecosystem and Interoperability Framework. In doing so,  Particle Health joins 20 other Networks and over 60 total companies in pledging to work collaboratively to deliver on this pledge and improve patient access to data by the first quarter of 2026.

“CMS has been abundantly clear about their vision for a modern health data exchange that puts patients first, and we're happy to support this initiative," said Jason Prestinario, CEO of Particle Health. "While signing pledges is symbolic, what matters most is real-world implementation. We hope our industry colleagues will join us in taking concrete steps to eliminate information blocking, enable real-time data access, and make interoperability a reality."

Particle Health is part of the workflow today for thousands of providers across the United States through established connections with national health information exchanges, providing secure data access and advanced analysis. Through its existing infrastructure that processes millions of queries, Particle Health is well positioned to support the framework's goals of seamless data exchange and patient empowerment.

The Company also has a track record of advocacy for healthcare data access rights and is engaged in ongoing efforts to challenge practices that limit legitimate data sharing for patient care. Particle Health has consistently championed the principle that affordable and accessible healthcare information must be available to all qualified entities.

Prestinario added. "We're ready to collaborate with CMS and our industry peers to make sure patients and their healthcare providers have real-time access to complete, actionable health information. The technical foundation exists, now we need industry-wide action to make it work for everyone."
